Mission Statement

FOHG is a Faith based teen ministry focusing on biblical truths by which our youth can overcome problems faced by young people in today’s society and grow into faithful Christian adults.

The Primary Goal of FOHG is to lead youth to the Salvation given freely by the Lord Jesus Christ. The secondary goals are to instill within them a “servant’s heart” in order that they may fully realize the joy and value of serving others before themselves and to be an intricate part of Pleasant Grove Baptist’s outreach/in-reach ministry to our community and church family.

Angel Tree program in conjunction with Pleasant Grove Elementary

Baked cookies for homeless shelter at Thanksgiving

Participated as youth leaders at Vacation Bible School

Acted as youth workers for the Easter Eggstravaganza

Cooked and served breakfast to the church family

Volunteer on weekly basis in church nursery and children’s church

Participate in Pleasant Grove Baptist’s puppet ministry

“Popcorn and a Movie” outreach to Pleasant Grove Elementary
